The front desk guy Jacob was amazing. He was so helpful ,nice and friendly. He made sure and helped us with our dishwasher that was beeping all day. He definitely deserves a raise, and the manager needs to hire more people to help out. He was there yesterday last night and again this morning gave him a raise.

Really great staff. No problems. Very clean rooms. Great customer service. All around a pleasant stay. Highly recommend. Pool was perfect temp.

Hotel is brand new in a great location and the Staff was absolutely wonderful. The only thing that really didn't give them a five star review is Ownership Policy is a hundred Dollar charge to stay an additional hour from 11-12 . To Us that's unacceptable when we been staying in Hilton Hotels For Decades. I Guess are Next Trip we'll be Giving Hyatt Resorts a Try . We Both Are Finally Retired and will be traveling a lot more often.

Stayed one night during spring break, got the double queen with sofa bed for 3 kids and us 2 parents. Clean room. Utilized the fridge for leftovers and snacks, appreciated real dishes and microwave to heat leftovers. Shower was hot and clean. Pool was clean and warm enough water for even me to get in. Beautiful view of sunset. The guy who checked us in seemed to be the only employee handling checkin and other issues but handled everything in a timely professional calm manner (brought towels to pool when needed in under 5 min) also had to come mop someone's puke on the pool floor. Check out went just as smooth and breakfast was well stocked (even with spring break crowd) friendly kitchen attendants. Good location in relation to all the frankenmuth town attractions. Parking lot felt safe and was close to the doors. Didn't experience any noise in hallways at all. Overall enjoyed our quick stay!

We Checked in New Year’s Eve. It’s Very clean and a wonderful place to stay . Close to down town and all the cool shops are within 5 minute drive . What made it exceptionally nice was the fact Harold went above and beyond to accommodate me. I am very sensitive to fragrances and unfortunately the sheets as well as the comforter had a strong scent to them. He brought up all new bedding within a few minutes after I placed a call to him . He was very friendly and polite. It was very much appreciated and helped my few night stay bearable . Thanks for not making it feel like a burden. You are great Harold !!
