My husband and I just returned from our second stay at Bavarian Inn Lodge and had another fun getaway. We love that it's just as enjoyable for adults as it is for families. This time we stayed by the adults-only pool and hot tub courtyard, and the adults-only swim-up bar was the highlight of our trip. Karel, the bartender, was fantastic! We also loved the arcade happy hour (half-price games weekdays from 8–9 a.m.). Between the water park, pools, arcade, bowling, mini golf, restaurants, and ice cream, there's plenty to do without ever leaving the property. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is housekeeping. This visit, we found two pizza crusts on the floor next to the nightstand when we checked in. I showed a photo to the front desk later, but no one offered to come clean it up, so I ended up taking care of it myself. On our previous stay, we checked into a room with a headboard sitting on the bed and were moved to another room that had the same issue. Maintenance quickly fixed it. I mention these things because I genuinely like this resort and would love to bring a larger group of friends here someday. Some of my friends are much pickier than I am, so the room issues make me a little hesitant. That said, we still had a great stay. Ironically, the pizza crusts we found on the floor in our room made us crave pizza, so we ordered from the Ratskeller and enjoyed one of Cindy's Rice Krispies treats, both of which were excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Everything about this inn was 5 star. The staff, the rooms, the easy accessibility to everything. It was all so easy and fun. I felt very welcome here. I even needed a jump for my car and they responded in literally 2 minutes. I would absolutely recommend a stay at the Bavarian Inn. You will not regret it.

The staff consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone is friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. The lodge is always exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which is one of the many reasons we continue coming back year after year. Our most recent stay over Memorial Day weekend was especially memorable because it was our first time experiencing the newly added water park. It exceeded our expectations and was a fantastic addition to an already wonderful destination. Whether you’re visiting as a family, a couple or a group of friends, there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. What sets the Bavarian Inn Lodge apart is their commitment to customer service. During our last visit, I accidentally left behind a sweatshirt that is very special to me. Not only did the staff locate it, but they also took the time to carefully package and mail it back to me. That level of care and attention is rare and speaks volumes about how much they value their guests. After nearly three decades of visits, I can confidently say that the Bavarian Inn Lodge continues to deliver exceptional experiences. Their hospitality, cleanliness, amenities and dedication to guest satisfaction are second to none. I highly recommend the Bavarian Inn Lodge to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Our first visit to Frankenmuth and staying at the Bavarian Inn and experiencing the new Bavarian Blast water park, and we will surely be coming back and bringing more family and friends along. Not only is the town so clean and welcoming, so was the hotel front desk staff and the room we checked into. Very clean room and loved how connected everything was for walking distance. We had such a blast (haha) and such a gem of a place to visit. Had the best fried chicken in house at Oma's Restaurant (y'all ship to NE Ohio?), seriously, have thought about it multiple occasions since coming home. Would highly recommend visiting during the week to enjoy less wait times and less of a crowd, but it's just so charming. So go there and pretend your in a Hallmark movie and enjoy yourself. 10/10, can't wait to come back.

The Bavarian Inn is a total staple of Frankenmuth, and the energy in the downstairs entertainment area is unmatched! The arcade is massive and the mini-golf is a highlight for anyone visiting with family. As a Level 7 Google Local Guide with over 1.7 million views, I’m always looking for the best 'staycation' spots to recommend to my audience. ?I’m giving this 4 stars for the entertainment alone. I haven't had the chance to check out the guest rooms or the overnight service yet, but I'd love to see if the hospitality matches the fun in the arcade. If the lodging side is as good as the golf, this is an easy 5-star destination for my followers. Hoping to come back soon to see the rest of what the Lodge has to offer!

We stayed for 3 nights so our grandkids could enjoy the waterpark. They stayed one night in a suite - our rooms were joined so that was great (however once they left the next family was very noisy!). It was our first time visiting and now we feel like we have the lay of the land - will come back! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our first night was just 4 adults and a very nice staff member (Ken?) showed us around the laser tag, but we got sidetracked with the swim up bar and never made it back:) The 2nd day/night was busy with grandkids and pools/waterpark. Plenty to do for all! The 3rd day started out again with pools and waterpark. Once the grandkids left we searched for the Lorelei Lounge. The bar staff there (Emily, Olivia and Mary) made us feel right at home!

Everything was great! Tons to do for all ages, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. We came during the week, pools were not crowded, no lines. The kids loved all the arcade games and the rope corse too! We will definitely be back!!

Our stay at the Bavarian Inn Lodge and Waterpark was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and everything felt organized and family-oriented. The waterpark was a huge hit! It was clean, well-maintained, and had something for everyone — from the slides and splash areas for the kids to relaxing spots for adults. The lifeguards were attentive, which made us feel safe and comfortable the entire time. The rooms were clean, spacious, and cozy. We loved the Bavarian theme throughout the lodge — it really makes the whole experience feel unique and fun. There were also plenty of activities beyond the waterpark, so no one ever got bored. The location is perfect, especially if you want to explore Frankenmuth. Everything is close by, and the whole town has such a charming atmosphere. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway, Bavarian Inn Lodge and Waterpark is definitely worth it!

We stayed for one night in a family suite with our family of 6. Arrival day we got a cabana - 10/10 recommend! We loved having our own space and getting into the waterpark for the full day even before our room was ready. The food here is great! We had fries, pizza, nachos, fried pickles, and the cheese bread was amazing! We loved how they’ve keep the nostalgic aspects but keep it nice and up kept. Great place to go especially in the winter

Great place to go with our whole family. Rooms were very clean. Waterpark was fun. We reserved a cabana for the day, which was nice. Kids loved the Arcade. Pizza was delicious. Jane was very helpful with making my reservation.
